NDT Inspections
Our nondestructive testing (NDT) inspection services are designed to investigate and monitor the safety and reliability of your equipment, as well as detect issues before severe damage occurs, saving you money down the road.
We offer a variety of nondestructive testing services, which include but are not limited to:
- Magnetic Particle Testing (MT): helps to detect defects in ferromagnetic materials such as iron, cobalt and nickel.
- Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT): utilizes liquid dye to find surface defects on nonporous surfaces
- Ultrasonic Thickness Testing (UTT): tests the thickness of materials and components
- Visual Testing (VT): visual inspection for surface defects and flaws that are visible to the eye
Pipe Inspection and Cleaning Services
Drill Pipe, Drill Collars, Tubing, Casing/Wash Pipe (Range 1-3 Capability)

- OD Cleaning: Thorough cleaning of the outside diameter to remove rust, scale, and buildup.
- OD Coating: Application of protective coatings to extend service life and prevent surface damage.
- ID Rattling/Cleaning: Internal cleaning using advanced rattling techniques to clear scale, obstructions, deposits, and contaminants.
